At Wrappiness Gifts, we want you to love every item you receive; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
